Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the InvoClouds eFiling platform operated by InvoClouds Limited ("Company").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

The platform is provided for lawful business use to assist with regulatory filings. You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes. Each account is for your organisation only and must not be shared with third parties outside your organisation.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@invoclouds.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Free trial periods are as advertised per plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Accuracy of Filings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Companies House and HMRC through the platform. InvoClouds Limited is not liable for rejections, penalties, or losses arising from incorrect submissions.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. We are not liable for delays caused by Companies House or HMRC systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content are the intellectual property of InvoClouds Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoClouds Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
